To expedite your child’s first visit you may print and complete our demographic form and bring it to his/her first appointment. We look forward to hearing from you!

Making an Appointment: You are cordially invited to call us directly between the hours of 8 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday at 910-892-1333 to make an appointment for your child. When our automated system answers, please choose Option #1 to be transferred directly to our Appointment Coordinator’s desk. You may choose to speak with her in person, or you may choose to leave a private message for her on her voice mail. Any message left will be promptly responded to at our Appointment Coordinator’s earliest opportunity.

School Paperwork / Medical Documents: ABC Pediatrics is pleased to provide complete and comprehensive health care for your child. This includes completion of important paperwork for your child’s school or daycare. For processing of this type of paperwork, we ask you to complete the parent/guardian portion of the form, then drop it off at our office. The documents will be completed by your child’s healthcare provider and will be available for you to pick up within three (3) business days.

Nurse Advice / Lab Results / Prescription Refills: At ABC Pediatrics, our health care providers and nurses work as members of a specific team. You and your child can choose between any of our provider/nurse teams and identify that team as your primary care team. Every effort will be made to schedule all office visits for your child with this team. Once established, you and your child will come to know them and they will come to know you on a personal level. We believe most strongly in this relationship and find that more personalized and efficient care can be rendered in this manner, whether you are in our office or on the telephone. Therefore, as a result of this personalized relationship, should you have a question for our nurse or provider, should you need to check on lab results, or should you simply need a prescription refill, your need or concern will be handled by your personalized provider/nurse team in person. If neither your child’s provider or nurse is available at the time of your call because of involvement with another patient, you will be able to leave a voice mail on that provider/nurse team’s private mail box. Our nurses respond to every voice mail message promptly.

ABC Pediatrics is contracted with a number of private insurers and therefore accepts most insurance plans as payment for services we render. As a courtesy to you, our Business Office staff will file your child’s insurance claim with your insurance company within 24 hours of your office visit. If you don’t see your insurance carrier listed, if you do not have health insurance or if you simply have a question about how our Business Office operates, you are invited to call us directly between the hours of 8 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday at 910-892-1333. When our automated system answers, please choose Option #4 to be transferred directly to one of our Business Office staff members who will be more that happy to assist you in whatever way necessary. If all of our Business Office staff members are busy assisting other parents when you call, we ask that you leave a private voice mail message. Any message left will be promptly responded to when the next available staff member is freed up.
