ABC Pediatrics employs 11 health care providers, each fully-trained in the most current aspects of pediatric health care, including wellness care, illness care and mental health care. Additionally, each provider has a scope of personal interests in specific health and disease processes. Our daily goal is to ensure the delivery of the best possible comprehensive care at every visit and to meet and/or exceed your expectations. This goal is achieved by developing a strong, personal and trusting relationship with you. We realize that you are an individual, with individualized likes, dislikes and preferences. Our group offers a variety of health care providers to choose from so as to provide you with the most compatible professional to address your needs. A strong, long lasting and personal health care relationship is built on a trusting foundation and a trusting foundation is built on compatibility. As a new patient to our practice, we will initially pair you with one of our providers whose scope of personal health care interests meets your needs. However, after you have visited our office a few times, we will encourage you to evaluate your interactions with your provider and decide if you are compatible with that provider. If you are, GREAT! If everything is not the best it could be, then we would encourage you to give one of our other providers a try. Once you are satisfied and your health care relationship has been established with a particular provider, every effort will be made to schedule you with that provider for every health care visit. However, if you experience a medical need that is immediate in nature and your provider is not available at that time, the beauty of our organization is that you will have the opportunity to choose the services of one of our other providers to address your need on that occasion. Our mission has always been about personalized, attention-to-details health care delivered in a state-of-the-art manner. Your needs and concerns are our needs and concerns. You will experience this treatment throughout our office, from the Front Desk personnel, from the Laboratory personnel, from the Business Office personnel, from the Nursing personnel and most assuredly from our health care providers. We will get to know you on a first name basis. 
 
ABC Pediatrics providers are available on a seven day a week, twenty-four hour a day basis to provide medical advice, medical assistance and medical care to you. The majority of that service is rendered face-to-face in our office. However, if your medical need occurs after normal office hours, we provide after hours access to medical advice and assistance by telephone with one of our medical staff providers. We utilize a state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record to document each interaction with you and electronic prescription ordering to process any medication needs. Access to your record is secured with industry standard encryption and privacy safeguards, but is available to authorized personnel at all hours of the day or night. So no matter whether one of our providers is talking to you face-to-face in the office or late at night via telephone, complete access to your specific medical information is available to provide you with the complete, comprehensive care that you deserve during your time of need and in real time.
